if you continue to book in and do not attend or do not cancel online  three times in a row you will be unable to book anymore classes for a period of seven days.

Whilst many opt to simply train and develop the skills; for those who choose to compete, it is a full contact combat sport, and one of the world’s fastest growing as well as most popular sports.




Wrestling is a combat sport involving grappling type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. There are a wide range of styles with varying rules with both traditional historic and modern styles. The Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles however are generally the most popular, which are on display in competition in the Olympic games.



Muay Thai originating in Thailand, is a physical and mental discipline which is known as “the art of eight limbs” because it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins. Kickboxing and K-1 is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Kun Khmer, and Boxing.



One of the oldest and most ancient styles of combat. The art of fist fighting, incorporating mastery of blending movement, footwork, speed, agility and coordination. Training and competition uses protective gloves, as well as head guards for amateur competition.
